Appearance requirements: adopt PET synthetic paper for package, which is exquisite.
Electric circuit design: accurate capacity management circuit + secondary overvoltage protective circuit; adopt SBS intelligent battery management system design scheme, which can control the remaining capacity efficiently.
Intelligent battery scheme of tablet:
Connector terminal of 9PIN output: MIN connector terminal meets the current requirement of customer. Output definition are 3/P+、NTC、SMBC、SMBD、3/P, etc.
Guard plate of intelligent voltmeter (PCM): adopt SBS intelligent battery management system, make use of advanced voltmeter calculating principle for battery capacity, report capacity information to host machine by SMBUS, and have protective function for rechargeable intelligent battery pack (tend to be lithium ion battery). Because of the chemical characteristics of lithium ion battery, it needs protective functions of overcharging, over-discharging, short circuit, overcurrent, over temperature, etc. so as to avoid combustion, explosion, etc.
Temperature protection (one-time): the temperature protection of secondary overvoltage in electric circuit mainly tests battery voltage. When the voltage of single battery is over 4.45V, peripheral circuit turns on temperature protective device to break the circuit and prevent overvoltage.
Overcurrent protection plate (BREAKER restorable): have functions of over current and temperature detection. When the current is 12A or temperature up to 75℃, the overcurrent protection plate is on. When the temperature is down, the overcurrent protection plate is back for normal operation.
