• Design & Prototyping - Our engineering team conducts a preproduction design review and develops a functional prototype to validate fit, form, and function before full scale manufacturing begins.

• Precision Cutting & Stripping - Computer controlled machines cut each wire to exact specifications and strip insulation with consistent accuracy — eliminating human error and ensuring repeatability.

• Termination & Crimping - Terminals and connectors are securely crimped onto prepared wires using calibrated tooling, following industry standard pull test and crimp height specifications.

• Harness Assembly & Routing - Wires are routed into finished harnesses using schematic boards (assembly fixtures). Cables are bundled and secured with cable ties, adhesive tape, or protective tubing — depending on application requirements.

• 100% Testing & Quality Control - Every completed harness undergoes comprehensive electrical safety testing, including continuity verification and functional performance checks. Only harnesses that pass our strict QC criteria are released for shipment.
