Lithium battery protection function of anesthesia machine
Lithium battery cell: imported Sanyo 18650 lithium ion battery cell is adopted;
Battery overcharge function: add a charger between P + and P - to charge the battery. When the voltage is charged to 16.8 ± 0.05V (it can be designed according to the requirements), the protection circuit will act and turn off the charging channel to realize overcharge protection;
Battery over discharge protection function: connect the load between P + and P - to discharge the battery. When the battery voltage drops to 12V ± 0.1V (it can be designed according to the requirements), the protection circuit will act and turn off the discharge path to realize the over discharge protection;
Short circuit protection function: when p+ and P- are short circuited, the protection circuit will act quickly within 5-50us to cut off the path and realize short-circuit protection;
Over current protection function: when the voltage between b-terminal and p-terminal reaches (0.15 ± 0.02V), the protection circuit will act quickly within 5-26ms to cut off the path and realize the over-current protection.
