Protection board (PCM) design requirements: support RS-485 communication. The battery status and related parameter modification can be viewed through PC software. It has multiple protection functions to protect the lithium battery in all directions. The threshold value of relevant protection parameters can be modified online by PC software.
IC: the main protection function of the design scheme, single section overcharge / over discharge protection, total voltage overcharge / over discharge protection, charge / discharge over-current protection, discharge short circuit protection, charge / discharge high temperature protection, charge / discharge low temperature protection, MOSFET high temperature protection.
Sealing structure: mainly for the overall sealing and waterproof design of the battery. When the scooter runs in rainy days or on muddy roads, it can prevent water.
Lithium cell: it adopts the imported large capacity LG ternary lithium / LiFePO4 cell combination, which has many advantages, such as safety and stability, high output voltage, small self discharge, no memory effect, wide working temperature range, excellent cycle performance, fast charging and discharging, high charging efficiency, high output power, long service life, no toxic and harmful substances, etc.
