Wire Harness And Cable Features:
The 1.25mm high-density pitch allows 8 pins to fit in a minimal footprint, making it ideal for space-constrained applications like mini drones, compact cameras, and IoT devices.
The built-in positive lock prevents accidental disconnection due to vibration or tugging, a critical feature for drones and moving machinery. It also prevents reverse insertion to protect sensitive components.
The 8-pin configuration supports power delivery (red/black) and up to 6 additional signal channels, making it perfect for multi-signal applications like BMS voltage sampling, flight controller peripherals, and sensor arrays.
Oxygen-free copper ensures excellent electrical conductivity, while tin plating prevents oxidation and corrosion, extending service life in humid or industrial environments.
The flexible PVC jacket resists cracking under repeated bending, making it suitable for tight routing inside drone frames and compact enclosures. Heat-resistant variants are available for high-temperature applications.
